Something missing from your order

E-mail immediately with your order number and as much detail as possible and please accept our apologies. We will send any missing goods out to you as quickly as possible.

Cancel an order

E-mail immediately and then call 02476 225504 to confirm we have your instruction.
If the product has not been manufactured or ordered (aluminium frame material and special order products are usually ordered before 9am the day after an order has been placed) we will cancel the order and refund all monies paid.

Damaged goods

E-mail immediately with your order number and as much detail as possible and please accept our apologies. We will re-manufacture as necessary to the specification on your order and send out to you as quickly as possible.

Picture frame glazing discoloured or scratched

The glazing we use in all of our picture frames is 2mm ‘ClearView plexiglas.
This is the very best quality material available.
It comes with a protective plastic cover on BOTH sides of the glazing, Sometimes white, sometimes clear but mostly blue. This has to be removed from both sides of the glazing before using your frame.

Occasionally we will get a telephone call or an e-mail saying the glazing is blue, white, or scratched.
This is usually the reason!

Picture mount a different colour
